Here’s a provisional timeline. We recommend starting with two parallel tracks: developing the first dashboard with a modernized look, while simultaneously creating the design guidelines. Depending on your priorities, the sequence and timing can be adjusted., The project can also move forward with just one of the tracks — either focusing on the dashboard or the guidelines alone.

[               We started working together with Scandic Fusion in 2017, heavily focusing on interactive dashboarding in SAP BO on top of BW BEx queries and HANA calculation views, covering the needs of Finance & Control, HR, Sales & Loyalty, Logistics, Inventory, Category, and assortment management.

A great example of our collaboration with Scandic Fusion is the implementation of SAC in 2020 for Retail financial planning at monthly granularity for quarterly Rolling forecast, Annual Target, and Long Term Planning cycles. During the implementation phase, Scandic Fusion provided end-user and power-user training to help RIMI build internal SAC planning know-how. Following its success, RIMI built a financial planning solution internally for its real-estate business, with Scandic Fusion as its advisor. Both solutions are in production use, and Scandic Fusion continues to support RIMI by covering the backlog of end-user-generated change requests for improvements.  ]
