Recruitment process

Customer Inquiries

For customer inquiries through both our general website and specific landing pages for services or offers, we process the information you provide — such as name, surname, email, company, role, and inquiry details.

This information is stored in our CRM and used to contact you regarding the specific topic or interest you reached out about.

Events

When you sign up for an event organized by us, we collect and store the registration data (e.g., name, email, company) in our CRM. This data is used solely to communicate with you about the event you've registered for and for related organizational purposes (e.g., event agenda, dietary preferences).

Marketing

If you have opted in to receive our newsletter by providing your email address and selecting your preferences, we will keep you updated with the latest news and updates from Scandic Fusion.

If you have explicitly agreed to one-to-one marketing communication, we may contact you personally with tailored information about services or content you’ve shown interest in — for example, based on the pages you've visited on our website.

If you've accepted analytics or marketing cookies, we may use these tools to provide a more personalized experience and to:
