Explore: Scope & Objectives | Design

Identify existing and future reporting needs. Define the consolidation model, legal and management hierarchies, objectives, governance and reporting needs. Conduct workshops to design legal and management hierarchies, ownership structures, intercompany rules and validation logic. Produce the consolidation blueprint guiding model configuration.

Implement: Configuration | Test | Data Migration

Configure model and ensure alignment with reporting requirements. Set up integrations, account mappings and data structures. Migrate and reconcile historical data, test logic and prepare the solution for UAT (user acceptance testing) and production deployment.

Deploy: Go‑Live | Hypercare

Prepare the production environment, migrate final data, support UAT and sign‑off, deliver end‑user training and documentation, execute go‑live and provide hypercare (extended support directly after go-live).

Improve: Post‑Go‑Live Support & Enhancements

Provide post‑production support, resolve early close‑cycle issues, deliver knowledge transfer and refine consolidation models, validations and reporting based on user feedback or roadmap needs to ensure continuous improvement.
