IT & Information Security Lead

On the Information Security Officer (ISO) side, we'll trust you with:

‍

• Maintaining company’s compliance with ISO 27001
• Developing, implementing, and overseeing the Company’s information security policy (ISP)
• Planning and executing improvements towards the Company’s ISP
• Managing risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation process
• Managing fulfillment of ISP objectives
• Supervising ISP regular routines and controls
• Fostering a security-aware culture
• Representing the company in internal and external ISO security audits, and optionally conducting internal audits (if certified)
• Following relevant information security and data protection standards (GDPR, DORA, Cybersecurity)

On IT lead side, we'll trust you with:

‍

• IT Leadership and Strategy
  
  • Defining and executing the company’s IT roadmap in alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborating with the IT team (system administrators)
  • Overseeing the budget for IT infrastructure, software licensing, and services
  • Evaluating emerging technologies and making recommendations for adoption or integration
• Internal Systems Management
  
  • Overseeing internal systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRMS, Intranet, Project task & time accounting system, file servers, communication tools), ensuring performance, availability, and alignment with user needs, as well as coordinating internal IT implementation projects
  • Managing vendor relationships and SLAs
• IT Operations and Support
  
  • Managing network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls), cloud services, and end-user devices
  • Ensuring high levels of system uptime and efficient support
  • Consulting and assisting in client projects in logical infrastructure set-up

To do that, you'll need:

‍

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience with strategic responsibilities
• Strong experience with enterprise IT environments, including Azure or similar ecosystems
• A proven track record in information security management and ISO 27001 implementation
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• A self-driven, organized mindset, with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• (Bonus) Certifications such as ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM, PMP, or ITIL
