SAP Analytics Cloud/ Finance Planning Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced finance professional who combines a strong business and financial mindset with a genuine curiosity for technology and data-driven decision-making. As an SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) / Planning Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping organizations rethink how they plan, forecast, and manage performance. You’ll bridge the gap between finance and IT - designing and implementing digital planning solutions that make financial processes smarter, faster, and more transparent.

We'll trust you with:

Taking part in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning solution design and implementation projects.
Translating business and finance requirements into structured SAC planning models and reports.
Leading requirement-gathering sessions and analysis workshops with finance and business stakeholders.
Supporting the development of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow planning in SAC.
Building and maintaining driver-based planning models, scenario simulations, and variance analyses.
Creating management dashboards, reports, and BI stories to track financial performance.
Collaborating with client finance teams to improve planning processes and encourage adoption of digital tools.
Training and supporting end users during onboarding and change management phases.

To do that you'll need:

‍

A 5+ years of experience as a Business Controller, Finance Controller (FP&A), Finance Analyst, or in a similar role
A strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles
Hands-on experience with P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow planning would be an advantage
Familiarity with driver-based planning, scenario modeling, and variance analysis
Knowledge of performance management KPIs and reporting practices
An understanding of multi-entity and multi-currency environments, as well as group consolidation principles
Experience building dashboards and management reports in tools such as SAC BI, Power BI, Oracle BI, or Qlik would be an advantage
Solid skills in Excel and/or financial planning tools - and openness to learning SAC Planning, Tagetik, or similar solutions
Excellent communication skills - you can translate finance concepts into technical language and back again
