We’re looking for a teammate who’ll take the lead in talent attraction and support our employer branding activities - someone who knows how to find great people and help them feel why Scandic Fusion is such a great place to work.
You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment in Latvia, while also developing, coordinating, and supporting talent acquisition processes and initiatives across our group - in Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, and Finland. Your mission: to make sure our recruitment runs smoothly and strategically, while helping to bring our employer branding strategy to life and keeping our culture strong and connected
We'll trust you with:
- Developing, coordinating, and running our talent acquisition processes
- Finding and attracting great people through different channels and collaborating with external recruitment partners when needed
- Setting and tracking talent acquisition KPIs, analyzing results, and sharing insights that help us improve
- Advising and supporting colleagues involved in hiring - from interview techniques to candidate evaluation
- Keeping an eye on labor market trends, spotting new opportunities, and suggesting smart improvements
- Supporting employer branding activities by bringing our existing strategy to life and helping us grow visibility in the right places
- Contributing to company culture initiatives and helping organize events that bring people together
- Building and maintaining partnerships with universities and other institutions to strengthen our talent attraction channels
To do that you'll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and headhunting (preferably in IT or finance)
- Higher education
- Excellent Latvian and English language skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good organizational and recruitment project management skills

- A salary level 2100 - 2400 EUR gross, depending on your experience
